KITCHEN CONFIDENCE WORKSHOP SERIES
Frustrated with gorgeous TV personalities and their fully staffed and equipped kitchens? Overwhelmed by a barrage of information about health, food and the environment? Do you just want meals to be simple, and tailored to you and your family’s needs and abilities? Are you throwing out a lot of food and wasting money?
In this four part series you will:
Learn easy strategies that you can adapt to your kitchen life.
Evaluate your kitchen life and address the changes you want to make.
Identify the kitchen tools you have, and those you need (or don’t).
Be part of the first kitchen coaching group in the ‘hood who are doing their best and wanting more.
April 13th – Evaluate your kitchen, your skills, your tools, your family’s style. Get your kitchen confidence up and running.
April 20th – Cooking Skills, like boiling water and making a simple sauce. Cooking shows are for entertainment; you are not!
May 4th – Budgeting time & money so you do get meals done, how and when you want them.
May 11th – Environmental choices for your kitchen; determining your values and keeping your food choices simple.
Location: Swansea Town Hall
Time: 7:00pm – 9:30pm
Fee: $60 + tax (x4 = $240) Register for 4 @$200.
